Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify companies for mergers and acquisitions
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow statements, and identify KPIs

- Monitor and analyze performance of existing investments
- Contribute to due diligence processes for potential investments
- Prepare documentation and presentations to communicate investment opportunities
Requirements
- Recently graduated with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business
- 0–2 years of professional experience in finance or a related field
- Fluency in French and English
- Preferred experience in assessing companies, ideally within transaction services at a consulting firm
- Previous experience as a trainee at a private equity fund, venture capital fund, or corporate finance department is advantageous

- Seeking a highly motivated Junior Finance Analyst to develop skills in M&A, reporting to the Head of M&A and Ventures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify companies meeting Greenbull's criteria for M&A.
- Screen the market and target well performing companies for potential investment.
- Establish contact with target companies and gather essential financial information.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow statements, and identify KPIs.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess investment opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze performance of existing investments.
- Contribute to due diligence processes.
- Prepare documentation and presentations using PowerPoint/Canvas.
- Communicate effectively across phone and email.
Requirements
- Recently graduated with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in finance or a related field.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Preferred experience in assessing companies, ideally within transaction services at a consulting firm.
- Previous experience as a trainee at a private equity fund, venture capital fund, or corporate finance department is advantageous.
