JUNIOR EXECUTIVE (2220)

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of chiller units as per production drawings and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly of compressors, heat exchangers, piping, frames, valves, and accessories.
• Support brazing, tube expansion, leak testing, pressure testing, and final assembly operations.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved with minimum rework.
• Follow 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Identify and report production abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure proper tool handling.
• Assist in machine setup and routine production activities.
• Comply with all safety, PPE, and environmental requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and skill development programs.

Required Skills

• Basic Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Understanding of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, and measuring tape.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration (preferred).
