Role Overview
The company is seeking a Junior Estimator for construction estimating activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare cost comparisons and assist with tender submissions.
- Coordinate with the project and procurement teams as required.
Requirements
- Capability to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
- Capability to review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Capability to evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
