Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements for estimation purposes.
- Prepare precast proposals from architectural drawings.
- Prepare project estimates, quantity take-offs, and material calculations.
- Prepare BOQs, proposal sketches, drawings, and project requirements for estimation.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams for estimation requirements.
- Follow up regularly on quotations submitted to clients.
- Issue order information to stakeholders and transfer data into the system.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or B.Tech Civil is required.
- Three to five years of estimation experience in the precast industry is required.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying is required.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PlanSwift is required.
