Junior Estimation Engineer (precast)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Precast Concrete – Mandatory

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for precast concrete projects.
• Review structural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Calculate concrete, reinforcement, inserts, and other material quantities.
• Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare commercial quotations and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and project teams.
• Assist with variations, cost analysis, and value engineering.

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Precast Concrete experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of precast drawings, BOQs, and estimation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
