Requirements
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering (Diploma holders with strong, relevant hands-on experience will be considered).
- Experience: 2–4 years in vendor development, supplier quality, or manufacturing engineering.
- Mandatory Skills: Strong proficiency in engineering drawing reading and GD&T interpretation. Experience with aerospace/defense quality documentation (MTC, COC, FAIR, CMM reports). Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly and hold suppliers accountable. Willingness to travel to supplier locations.
