About the Role
Transguard Group seeks a Junior Engineer to support MEP operations across multiple sites.
The role involves coordinating with supervisors, technicians, and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
Candidates should have experience in MEP operations and be able to manage work orders and small-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily MEP tasks and support technicians across various disciplines.
- Review and follow up on work orders using CAFM systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Help identify recurring issues and support in finding practical solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs during maintenance, shutdowns, and commissioning activities.
- Follow established procedures and standards for MEP operations.
- Support in executing small-scale projects and system upgrades.
- Monitor basic performance indicators and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and learn about new technologies.
- Help manage service providers and ensure maintenance tasks are completed as per contract.
- Assist in preparing proposals for additional work and coordinating with procurement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (DEWA, Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
Requirements
- Experience in MEP operations.
- Ability to manage work orders using CAFM systems.
- Knowledge of safety compliance and regulations.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors and OEMs.
- Ability to manage small-scale projects and system upgrades.
- Experience in technical reporting and asset condition summaries.
- Ability to maintain inventory of tools and materials.
