- Build automated and end to end test coverage
- Support analytics, data ingestion, and internal tools
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Contribute to bugs, features, and infrastructure
- Grow quickly into owning features and larger product areas
Requirements
- Computer Science degree or related qualification
- Ideally 1–2 years of software engineering experience
- Working knowledge of TypeScript, React, and Git
- Strong attention to detail and an edge case mindset
- A self starter comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- Dubai based and available to work on site full time

We’re hiring: Junior Engineer
- EdGenie is an education technology company helping UK A Level students learn through live classes, digital course content, and the platform behind it all.
- You’ll be our first Junior Engineer and second engineering hire, working closely with our lead engineer in a fast moving environment.
What you’ll do
- Test new features, investigate bugs, and verify fixes
- Build automated and end to end test coverage
- Support analytics, data ingestion, and internal tools
