The Tint Xperts in Doha, Qatar is looking for a Junior Engineer with a Bachelor's in Engineering and 1-2 years of operations experience. The role involves supporting daily operations, coordinating with teams, maintaining records, and assisting with technical documentation.

Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution across departments
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales and service teams to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain accurate operational records, databases and documentation
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare and verify operational reports, invoices, delivery notes and shipping documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor equipment, machinery and inventory records to ensure data accuracy
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers and service providers to support operational requirements
- Identify operational issues and assist in implementing timely corrective actions
- Provide administrative support for meetings, reports and operational follow ups
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, specifications and operational manuals
- Track maintenance schedules, inspections and service records to ensure equipment reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory
- 1–2 years of mandatory experience in operations, logistics or office based engineering
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data handling
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities effectively
- Candidates must be currently available in Qatar and able to provide a valid NOC

Qualifications and Skills

- Prior experience in operations or planning within a related field, ideally in Heavy Equipment, Machinery or Construction.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data handling.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities effectively.
- Candidates must be currently available in Qatar and able to provide a valid NOC, which is mandatory for joining.
Pay
- QAR 2,500.00 QAR 3,500.00 per month
