Position Purpose
The Junior Engineer supports the Project Manager and Site Team in construction execution and monitoring.
The role covers coordination, quality control, documentation, safety, and timely completion of assigned works.
Projects may include residential, commercial, high-rise, redevelopment, and SRA developments.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is based at the Realta Spaces project office and site location in Chembur, Mumbai.
- The duties require physical presence at the project site.
Site Execution and Quality
- Monitor daily construction activities and supervise civil works according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Check progress, construction sequencing, quality, and material usage.
- Assist with inspections, quality records, defects, deviations, and technical clarifications.
Drawings and Measurements
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings and maintain drawing revision records.
