Role Overview
The Junior Engineer will assist the Site Engineer with construction planning, execution, supervision, and daily site coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Engineer in planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities against drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and workers at the site.
- Check measurements, quantities, and quality of work.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and material requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
- Coordinate with the concerned team to resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety procedures.
- Support the Site Engineer in achieving daily and project targets.
Preferred Qualification
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
