Responsibilities

Speak with students and parents in a professional and helpful manner through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings

Research suitable universities and courses based on the student’s profile and requirements
Prepare clear university shortlists with details such as entry requirements, tuition fees, deadlines, intake options, and application criteria
Assist in creating and improving student CVs, resumes, Statements of Purpose, Letters of Motivation, and other application related documents
Help ensure that student documents are properly formatted, complete, and ready for submission
Support the senior consultant in preparing application forms and checking university requirements
Maintain student trackers, document checklists, application status updates, and follow up records
Coordinate with students to collect pending documents and remind them of deadlines
Draft professional emails for students, universities, and internal updates
Use Canva to prepare simple student materials, flyers, social media creatives, presentations, and university comparison formats
Support with basic content writing related to study abroad updates, university information, admission tips, and student guidance

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English
Good writing and editing skills
Ability to research information accurately and present it clearly
Basic knowledge of Canva
Ability to work on CVs, resumes, SOPs, and student profiles
Good attention to detail and document checking skills

Overview

Preferred Candidate Profile

Internship Details

This is an unpaid internship.
Training will be provided throughout the internship.
The role may lead to a full time Junior Education Consultant position based on performance, commitment, communication skills, and overall suitability.
Pay: From AED1,591.35 per month
