Junior Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician

Paid training: We offer a mix of in‑field shadowing and classroom training. You’ll learn dryer‑vent systems, components and tools in the classroom, then shadow a lead technician for several weeks until you’re ready to work independently.

Independent work: Once trained, you’ll manage your own schedule of 4–6 service calls per day. Your day typically begins between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Active, hands‑on work: Set up ladders, climb onto pitched roofs, work in attics, crawlspaces and behind dryers. It’s like a light full‑body workout every day, so you’ll need to be comfortable with physical activity.

Customer interaction: Treat each home with care and respect. You’ll communicate with homeowners, explain what you’re doing and answer their questions.

Documentation: Use our payroll app to clock in/out, and scheduling software to view schedules and record each job with photos and brief summaries.

Full‑time, daytime hours most days with occasional long days (10–14 hours) or night jobs, depending on the project.
