Job Summary

  • Seeking a detail oriented and analytical Junior Digital Marketing Analyst to support planning, execution, tracking, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Ideal for someone looking to build a career in performance marketing, digital analytics, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in launching and managing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns are set up accurately according to campaign objectives, budgets, and targeting requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
  • Identify trends, insights, and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Create and manage UTM parameters for campaign tracking.
  • Monitor conversion tracking across marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Support implementation and validation of pixels, events, and conversion APIs.
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy across digital marketing systems.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and requirements with design and content teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, performance marketing, or related fields.
  • Internship experience in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of UTM tracking, pixels, and conversion measurement.
  • Experience with Looker Studio, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.

Salary

  • Salary range 8 10K SR per month.
