- Good understanding of pedestrian and vehicular circulation
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly is an advantage
