Role Overview
Support planning and optimization of product flow throughout the sales cycle.
Help ensure the right product reaches the right store at the right time and in the right quantities.
Work with Buying, Logistics, Retail, and Distribution teams to optimize stock levels and support sales performance.
Identify distribution opportunities and monitor product and store performance across seasonal collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product performance, stock levels, and sales throughout each season.
- Manage outbound distribution, product allocation, and dispatch to stores.
- Monitor inbound deliveries, identify delays, and coordinate with Logistics.
- Plan store shipments and support seasonal distribution strategies.
- Analyze product and store performance to identify redistribution, reinforcement, and stock transfer opportunities.
- Perform size analysis and monitor stock coverage, sales performance, and product availability.
- Coordinate with Buying on time-to-market requirements and distribution implications.
- Prepare the Retail Calendar and coordinate key seasonal milestones.
- Prepare reports and analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations.
