Core responsibilities

• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and reports, including refreshes, validation, and maintenance.
• Respond to reporting and data requests from HR and business stakeholders.
• Clean, validate, and prepare people data and resolve data quality issues.
• Provide first-line support for People Analytics reports and dashboards.
• Help users interpret reports, metrics, and workforce data.
• Conduct basic analysis and support larger projects under senior guidance.
• Simplify, standardize, and automate recurring reporting and data preparation.
• Maintain documentation for reports, metrics, data definitions, and analytical processes.
• Develop understanding of HR data flows from systems such as Workday.
• Handle employee and organizational data using privacy and governance practices.
• Use approved AI tools for analysis, documentation, data exploration, and process improvement with appropriate validation and privacy judgment.
