Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Work with business teams to understand processes, challenges, and operational needs.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
- Analyze business data and performance information to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with IT, Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
- Translate business requirements into clear and practical recommendations.
- Assist with the evaluation and implementation of business systems and technology solutions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
- Monitor project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Support user acceptance testing, system testing, and implementation activities.
- Identify business risks, process gaps, inefficiencies, and potential solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, project coordination, data analysis, or a related role is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and basic data analysis.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or similar business tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, CRM systems, project management platforms, or process-mapping tools is an advantage.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to organize information and present findings clearly.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with international teams.
