Junior Creative Visual Designer

The Junior Creative Designer will assist in the creation and execution of visual designs for various marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and branding elements.

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to develop their design skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 8:00 – 5:00pm.

This role reports to the Visual Design Supervisor.

• Design Creation: Assist in creating visually engaging designs for a variety of projects, including templates, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing team to brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work adheres to the company's brand standards and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions and updates. Demonstrate a willingness to iterate and refine designs based on constructive input.
• Project Support: Provide support in the design process, including preparing files for print, resizing assets for different formats, and ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques. Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Review and proofread design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output before final delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
