About the Role
Kayrouz & Associates, a UAE-based law firm, is hiring a full-time Junior Corporate Lawyer in Dubai. You will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on corporate structures, M&A, and governance, and conduct legal research.

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate documents, and transaction agreements
- Advise clients on corporate structures, M&A, joint ventures, and governance
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments
- Prepare legal opinions
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law and relevant UAE and international regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and transaction documents
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with practical, business oriented advice
- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage
- LLB or equivalent; LLM or corporate law qualifications a plus
- Strong organisation and time management across multiple matters
- Familiarity with cross border transactions and multinational clients desirable
- Comfortable with legal technology, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
