Junior Contracts Engineer ( Post Contracts Administration)

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of contract administration principles, including post-award management, variations, claims, and documentation control.
• Knowledge of construction, oil and gas, or EPC project environments, preferably with exposure to civil, mechanical, electrical, or pipeline projects.
• Competence in using MS Office and contract management or document control systems for data tracking, reporting, and record keeping.
• Analytical and numerical skills for reviewing contract terms, monitoring costs, and supporting commercial assessments.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Familiarity with SHEQ standards and ISO-based management systems.
• Prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in contracts, commercial, or project administration roles.
