About the role
Expert Resourcing is hiring a Junior Civil Site Engineer to support civil works across project sites in Delhi and NCR.
The role coordinates daily site execution, quality and safety standards, approved drawings, and project schedules.
The position is part of the Site Execution department and has one opening.
What you will do
- Supervise daily civil work and coordinate site teams and contractors.
- Read and follow construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Monitor progress, workmanship, and material use against the planned schedule.
- Check measurements and quantities and maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and senior engineers to resolve issues.
- Conduct quality checks and support inspection and approval of completed work.
- Identify delays, resource gaps, and execution risks and escalate them early.
- Support contractor billing, material reconciliation, snag-list closure, and handover documentation.
- Maintain a safe, organized work site and ensure applicable safety practices are followed.
Candidate requirements
- 5–6 years of hands-on civil site execution and supervision experience.
