Role Overview
Support civil works across project sites in Delhi and NCR as a Junior Civil Site Engineer.
The role coordinates day-to-day site execution, quality, safety, drawings, schedules, and contractor activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil work and coordinate site teams and contractors.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
- Monitor progress, workmanship, materials, measurements, and quantities against the schedule.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and senior engineers to resolve issues.
- Conduct quality checks and support inspections, approvals, snag closure, billing, and handover.
- Identify delays, resource gaps, and execution risks and escalate them early.
- Maintain an organized site and ensure applicable safety practices are followed.
Candidate Requirements
- Five to six years of hands-on civil site execution and supervision experience.
- Confident interpretation of civil drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
- Practical experience in site measurement, quantity tracking, quality control, and contractor coordination.
- Ability to prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, solve site problems, and meet deadlines.
