People Dynamics is seeking a Junior Buyer for a 12-month contract in Doha, Qatar. The role involves managing procurement of goods and services, processing purchase requisitions, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of goods, materials, and services to meet operational needs
- Process purchase requisitions and incoming customer requests
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and evaluate supplier quotations
- Assist in negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Maintain supplier relationships and support onboarding of new vendors
- Monitor order status and provide updates to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information
- Support inventory planning and identify cost saving opportunities
Requirements
- 4 7 years of experience in procurement or related field
- Bachelor's degree in technical/commercial field or equivalent
- Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and procurement tools (advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Available in Qatar with transferable visa/NOC
- Maximum 30 days notice period

Job Overview
- Junior Buyer (Procurement) 12 Months Contract in Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement goods, materials, and services to ensure operational needs are met
- Process incoming customer requests (workflow transactions, purchase requisitions, email requests, etc.)
- Process purchase requisitions promptly and accurately
- Proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding quotations, product availability, and order status
- Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), collect and organize supplier quotations
- Evaluate and compare supplier quotations based on price, quality, and delivery terms
- Assist in negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and support onboarding of new vendors
- Address and resolve supplier related issues including delivery delays, shortages, and quality discrepancies
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Requirements
- 4 7 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in technical/commercial field or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of SAP, Ariba, Procurement tools (advantage)
- Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Transferable visa / NOC available
- Available in Qatar
- Joining time: max 30 days notice period
