At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.
To support the growth of the furniture rental business in Saudi Arabia by assisting in lead generation, client coordination, quotation support, and basic sales activities.
span>Main Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support the BD team in finding and approaching potential clients in the KSA events and furniture rental market.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, product selections, and presentations.
- Help maintain CRM records, client lists, and sales trackers.
- Follow up with clients for updates, documents, and feedback.
- Support marketing tasks such as social media posting, product updates, and catalog sharing.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events with senior staff when required.
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams for delivery information and availability checks.
- Prepare basic market research on competitors, pricing, and upcoming events.
- Sales support and initiatives on Electra core business
Skills & Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in sales or business development (event/furniture/hospitality field preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills; English required, Arabic advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Confident, motivated, and eager to learn sales and furniture rental operations.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate professionally with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Conditions
- Fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
- Travel within KSA for meetings and site visits when needed.
- Weekend or extended hours may be required during peak seasons.
- General Obligations towards Health, Safety and Environment
- You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.
- You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.
- You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
- You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
