About the Role
Everest Group is seeking a Junior Business Development Associate to support growing B2B business development activities in the UAE.
The role supports client relationships and promotion of audit, tax, accounting, business setup, compliance, and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead generation and business development activities across the UAE market.
- Identify and connect with potential clients from various industries.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business contacts.
- Assist in presenting company services based on client requirements.
- Follow up on prospective leads and support conversion activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth client onboarding.
- Contribute to business growth initiatives and team objectives.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or a related role.
