- Assist with building inspections.
- Support senior surveyors in preparing reports.
Qualifications
- Practical knowledge of building surveying, including inspections, is required.
- Understanding of property valuation principles and development appraisals, or strong interest in developing these skills, is sought.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills are needed for data collection, measurement, and report preparation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are needed for professional documentation and client interactions.
- Relevant knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is important.
- Higher education is necessary.
Additional Qualifications
- Associate RICS qualification is welcomed and supported.
- A driving license is a plus.
