Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Assist senior bartenders in daily bar operations and beverage preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Ensure bar equipment, glassware, and utensils are clean and well maintained
- Replenish bar stock, garnishes, ice, and supplies as required
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Bar Supervisor or Manager
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to guests
- Process guest orders accurately and ensure timely beverage service
- Support the team during busy service periods and assist with opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender or Junior Bartender, preferably in the UAE hospitality industry
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
