We are looking for a passionate and experienced Junior Barista to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The role involves preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of coffee and other ingredients.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and food safety standards.
- Support the team in daily café operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience, preferably in a café or specialty coffee environment.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Available to join immediately is an advantage.
