Beverage Preparation
- Prepare espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, blended beverages, and other menu items according to established recipes.
- Grind, dose, tamp, steam milk, assist with espresso dialing-in, and monitor extraction times.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment and support light food preparation and presentation.
Customer Service
- Welcome customers, answer menu questions, explain beverage options, and make personalized recommendations.
- Record preferences, dietary requirements, and customizations and handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests courteously.
Operations and Cash Handling
- Process orders and cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately using the POS system.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, report low stock, and complete opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation.
Teamwork and Brand Standards
- Work effectively with colleagues during busy service periods and communicate clearly.
- Maintain café cleanliness, presentation, ambiance, and Florant service and quality standards.
- Represent the brand professionally when interacting with customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous barista or food and beverage experience is preferred; training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Basic coffee preparation knowledge is advantageous, along with a genuine interest in coffee and customer service.
- Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation are required.
- Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
- Good command of English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- The role requires standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 2,500–2,700, all inclusive.

Work Location
- Work is performed in person in Dubai, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 1.
