Junior Backend Developer (Node.JS)

We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to help us build the future of IoT and Technology.

The position is on a hybrid model, with a base in Mumbai.

You will be reporting to the Fullstack Lead of the company and be shaping up the entire system for scale.

You’ll be collaborating intensively with Product Managers, Frontend & Backend Engineers, Design & Technical teams to create the best consumer experiences with the most delightful and scalable UI.

You will work in a collaborative, transparent and highly delivery-driven environment with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

You will notably be asked to:

• Design and develop server-side applications using Node.js.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Build scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Optimize and maintain database connections, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement security best practices to protect data and prevent security vulnerabilities.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of server applications.
• Monitor server performance and make necessary optimizations to ensure optimal speed and efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance code quality by adhering to best practices, coding standards, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps and other teams to deploy applications and troubleshoot production issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve and innovate our backend solutions.
