Junior Associate - IT Site support

Job Responsibilities
- Advanced Technical Support: Provide Level 1 support for desktop, laptop, server, and network devices. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. Respond to escalated support requests from Level 1 support.
- Provide Level 1 support for desktop, laptop, server, and network devices.

- Incident and Problem Management: Log and track incidents and service requests in the ticketing system. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues. Escalate critical issues to Level 2 support or external vendors as necessary. Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
