Role Description
The Junior Associate works within the Investor Relations and Operations team.
The role focuses on investor onboarding, KYC/AML due diligence, and fund operations execution.
The position is full-time and on-site in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Core Responsibilities
- Run investor onboarding files from document collection and verification through acceptance.
- Collect and vet constitutional and identification documents.
- Verify ownership and control structures to ultimate beneficial owner level.
- Conduct screening and risk classification.
- Prepare and check subscription agreements and investor records.
- Maintain investor master data and capital activity records for subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
- Prepare periodic investor reports.
- Liaise with administrators, banks, and custodians on documentation queries.
