Service and Restaurant Performance
- Maintain excellent, consistent, and fast service in line with the Big Mamma vision.
- Welcome customers and help deliver a warm, memorable guest experience.
- Optimize table rotations, service pacing, and staff efficiency.
- Support average-ticket targets through staff briefings, sales-training requests, performance monitoring, and individual coaching.
Dining-Room Operations
- Ensure compliance with dining-room hygiene standards.
- Propose actions to maintain front-of-house people-cost targets.
