- Engage in problem solving and process improvement

Role Description
- The Owner role at 99ads is a full time, on site position based in Ikeja.
- The individual oversees the agency’s overall strategy, operations, and client portfolio.
- Day to day responsibilities include leading client acquisition and retention efforts, guiding marketing and ad campaign strategies, and reviewing performance metrics.
- The Owner also manages budgets, supervises team members, sets priorities, and maintains key partnerships.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies, manage operations, and drive agency growth.
- Experience leading marketing and advertising initiatives, with a focus on eCommerce and digital campaigns.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
