Responsibilities
- Support compliance reviews across projects by assisting with design assessments, documentation reviews, and tracking actions
- Assist in interpretation and application of international federation requirements and project standards
- Support review of design submissions and project documentation to identify risks and compliance gaps
- Assist in development of practical recommendations for compliance through permanent, temporary, or hybrid solutions
- Support overlay planning and design reviews ensuring alignment with project and event requirements
- Develop understanding of event overlay requirements including temporary facilities, operational areas, hospitality spaces, broadcast requirements, and back of house functions
- Assist with development and maintenance of compliance registers, trackers, and reporting tools
- Participate in technical review meetings, workshops, and project coordination sessions
- Support technical assessments relating to spectator flows, accessibility, hospitality, and operational readiness
- Assist with stakeholder engagement activities and coordination with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Support coordination activities related to international federation requirements where applicable
- Contribute to research and benchmarking activities related to stadium design, sports infrastructure, and industry best practice

Role Overview
- The Junior Architect will support the delivery of major sports infrastructure projects, assisting senior architects and project teams in design reviews, technical coordination, compliance assessments and project documentation.
- The role provides an excellent opportunity for a Saudi National to gain exposure to international federation requirements, stadium design principles and major event infrastructure projects while working alongside experienced industry professionals.
- This position is designed to provide structured professional development, mentorship from experienced specialists, and hands on exposure to some of the region's most significant sports and major event infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compliance reviews across projects by assisting with design assessments, documentation reviews, and the tracking of actions and recommendations.
