THE HOUSE OF KALAA – HIRING 3D VISUALIZER
The House Of Kalaa is looking for a creative and skilled Junior Architect & 3D Visualizer to join our team for ongoing interior, exterior, and landscape design projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Create high-quality 2D & 3D models, renders, and visualizations for interior, exterior, and landscape projects
2.
Produce photorealistic images and walkthroughs based on approved concepts and drawings
3.
Coordinate with designers and project teams to understand design intent
4.
Apply accurate materials, lighting, textures, and detailing
5.
Revise and update visuals based on internal and client feedback
6.
Ensure timely delivery of visuals as per project schedules
7.
Support presentations and marketing visuals when required
Requirements
1.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (UAE experience preferred)
2.
Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray / Corona
3.
Strong understanding of lighting, materials, rendering, and post-production
4.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
5.
Experience in interior fit-out, villas, and landscape projects
6.
Good communication and time management skills
7.
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
