Drawing Preparation
- Create detailed 2D and 3D plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.
- Convert conceptual sketches into technical drawings for construction.
- Develop detailed drawings for staircases, doors, windows, flooring, joinery, and interiors.
Software and Documentation
- Use drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Maintain organized digital drawing files and version control.
- Prepare estimates and quotations and ensure drawings comply with local building codes and standards.
Coordination and Site Support
- Work with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants and incorporate feedback and revisions.
- Assist site teams with drawing-related queries and update drawings based on site changes.
- Prepare as-built drawings when required.
Quality Control
- Check drawings for accuracy, dimensions, consistency, layers, annotations, and drafting standards.
- Ensure design details are practical, constructible, and suitable for project execution.
Experience Requirement
- Two years of technical drawing experience is preferred.
