Role Overview
Support architectural and civil design activities, documentation, site monitoring, and coordination with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist with concept designs, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and presentations using SketchUp or similar software.
- Assist with architectural detailing, material selection, and specifications.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
- Assist with BOQs, quantity estimates, and material specifications.
- Visit project sites and monitor work according to approved drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Identify site issues and communicate them to the senior architect or project team.
- Maintain drawing revisions and project records.
- Support sustainable and climate-responsive design practices.
Requirements
- Experience preparing architectural concept designs and working drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D modeling software.
- Ability to coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, and material specifications.
- Ability to monitor site work and maintain project documentation.
