Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Review operational data (e.g., route, dispatch, or productivity data) to help identify trends and surface insights for the Operations team.
- Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, including attending operational meetings.
- Support the creation of business process models, data analysis reports, and dashboards.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform business decisions.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new business processes and systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify areas for process improvement.
