Job Description
- As Propriétaire de La boite à slides, you drive the overall activity of the agency and define its strategic vision.
- You coordinate the production of visual supports, supervise teams (project managers, graphic designers), and ensure deadlines, quality, and budgets are met.
- You develop the client portfolio, follow key projects, and ensure satisfaction of advertisers and agencies.
- You are responsible for financial management, business development, and evolution of the service offering.
- This position is full time, on site in Aix en Provence.
Qualifications
- Business management skills: ability to manage an activity, budget, performance indicators, and strategic decisions.
- Project management skills: experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, planning, resource organization, and quality monitoring.
- Communication and client relationship skills: ease in negotiation, business development, understanding advertiser and agency needs.
- Graphic culture and creative skills: aesthetic sense, mastery of visual codes, interest in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, graphic suites).
- Other assets: ability to work under tight deadlines, initiative, sense of responsibility, prior experience in a communication agency or similar sector.
