Responsibilities
- Support projects that automate and augment both customer facing and internal business processes
- Work with teams across the business to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Help design, build, and refine AI tools and automated workflows under the AI Operations umbrella
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate real world problems into practical, usable solutions
- Iterate on existing tools and automations as needs evolve and new opportunities emerge
- Stay current on emerging AI tools, platforms, and industry trends
- Document processes and help colleagues adopt new tools and ways of working
- Contribute to the broader digital transformation journey at The Master Group
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years in a similar role
- A creative mindset paired with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Genuine curiosity about how things work, with a drive to iterate and make them better
- Strong communication skills, equally comfortable with technical and non technical colleagues
- A collaborative, engaged approach to working across departments
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and managing your own workflow, while knowing when to loop in the team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of code is a strong asset, though not required

- You’ll support projects that automate and augment the way we do business, working closely with teams across North America to uncover pain points, surface efficiency opportunities, and build smarter ways of doing things.
