Junior Accountant Tally ( Female, On Sponsorship preferred)

Kinship International Trading FZCO is hiring a Junior Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Tally Prime Accounting Software.

The role supports daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and basic reporting.

The position suits someone who is detail-focused, organised, and comfortable working with routine transaction processing and documentation control.

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals).
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, debit/credit notes, and supporting documentation.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: supplier/customer ledger maintenance, ageing, and follow-ups for pending items.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in clearing outstanding entries.
• Reconcile supplier statements, customer ledgers, and selected general ledger accounts.
• Support monthly closing activities (posting, checking ledgers, filing, schedules).
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries (sales, expenses, receivables, payables, cash/bank).
• Maintain accurate filing and document control for audits and internal checks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (banks, auditors, vendors) when needed.
• Support administrative tasks related to finance operations as assigned by the Manager.

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience with strong hands-on use of Tally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Working knowledge of accounting basics (AP/AR, journals, ledgers, reconciliations).
• Proficient in MS Excel (basic formulas; pivot/VLOOKUP is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, good record-keeping, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• UAE experience is preferred.

• Exposure to trading/distribution environments and stock-related entries.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
