Responsibilities
- Maintain day to day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash flow reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT return preparation and filing
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing
Requirements
- 1 2 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software

Responsibilities

- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash flow reports
- Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Process supplier invoices and coordinate vendor payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT return preparation and filing
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing
- Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audits
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial data to management
