The employer is hiring a Junior Accountant with strong Accounts Receivable skills to join its finance team.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Allocate and accurately record customer payments.
- Maintain accurate AR records and aging reports.
- Assist with collections and maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports.
- Support month-end closing and other accounting activities.
- Assist with general accounting duties when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
- Strong practical experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Knowledge of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and receivables aging.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks accounting software.
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
