Role Overview
The employer is hiring an F&B Accountant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role supports financial performance, cost control, and business growth within an F&B organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions for F&B operations.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, COGS, inventory, and wastage.
- Reconcile sales, cash, credit card, delivery platform, and POS reports.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Monitor purchasing, invoices, supplier statements, and payments.
- Conduct inventory counts and investigate variances.
- Analyze food and beverage margins and operating expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and KSA regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in F&B, restaurants, hospitality, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, costing, and F&B financial controls.
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Experience with POS and restaurant management systems is preferred.
- Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 6,000 to SAR 7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
