About The Role
Estative is looking for a junior accountant to support the company’s day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, VAT support, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
This role is suitable for someone organized, trustworthy, and willing to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records in the system
- Record income, expenses, invoices, and payments
- Handle bank reconciliations and daily bookkeeping
- Support accounts payable and receivable follow-up
- Assist with VAT, tax documentation, and compliance support
- Help prepare monthly reports and financial summaries
- Support budgeting and cash flow tracking
- Coordinate with external auditors, accountants, or tax consultants when needed
- Keep records organized and ready for review
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
- Knowledge of UAE VAT is a plus
- Organized, accurate, and willing to learn
- Real estate or SME experience is a plus
