Responsibilities
- Track and code all project expenditures
- Allocate costs to specific construction job phases
- Assist with regular job costing analysis reports

- Review and verify supplier and subcontractor invoices
- Ensure proper lien waivers accompany payment files
- Process billings to clients using progress invoices
- Track outstanding client payments for collection
- Post journal entries to general ledgers

- Support month end and year end close out procedures
- Compile paperwork for corporate tax and VAT filings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
- 0 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Basic understanding of construction job costing methods is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ERP software like Sage 100/300, QuickBooks, Zoho, or Tally is highly regarded
- Strong attention to data details and sharp numerical skills
