- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements

- Coordinate budgets, invoicing, and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company financial policies
- Conduct AML checks, maintain compliance records, and support regulatory reporting
- Assist with audits, VAT filings, and tax documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate/property management
- Knowledge of AML compliance procedures and UAE regulations
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Overview
- We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Accountant to join our company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial activities related to company operations and property management, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and AML requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements

- Knowledge of AML compliance procedures and UAE regulations
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in real estate accounting systems
- Strong communication and reporting skills
