- Prepare journal entries, invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Support month end and year end closing activities
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Accountant to support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
